The Traceway platform at traceway.dev is the web interface where your team triages reported issues, manages projects, and configures SDK settings.

What the platform does

• Receives issue reports submitted via the SDK or API
• Organizes reports by project with filtering, labelling, and status tracking
• Manages team access through organizations and member roles
• Provides API keys for SDK configuration
• Shows issue history and status changes

Structure

The platform is organized into organizations and projects:

• An organization is your company or team workspace
• Projects belong to an organization — one project per app or service is typical
• Members of an organization can access its projects based on their role
• Issues are scoped to a project — a report submitted with a project API key lands in that project
